Currently the only discount we are offering is a 10% off Refer a Friend discount where any existing customer may send a friend a 10% discount coupon and when the friend uses that coupon the existing customer who referred the friend gets an email from us with a 10% coupon. So if you received a 10% refer a friend discount coupon by email from this website then that is presumably valid. Otherwise not.

We cannot offer any legal advise. We are not licensed attorneys and we are not even from your country. However, our understanding is that in America and Europe and most countries it is legal for people to order up to a 90 day supply for personal use (not resale) from foreign pharmacies. Of course there may be some medications that are controlled substances which are exceptions and prohibited in your country.

Customs in most countries routinely inspects a random sampling of packages and some of the packages inspected contain medications for personal use. Of those packages of medicines inspected generally only ones containing controlled substances are interceded and not delivered. We have not ever heard of any purchaser getting into any trouble for ordering any medication. In our experience the worst case scenario is the medication is not delivered

We can track orders to verify loss or delivery. If your order does not arrive for any reason, i.e if it is lost, stolen, or interceded by customs etc. we will reship until it delivers and we must attempt at least two additional deliveries until delivered successfully or refund 100% of your payment. We 100% guarantee delivery! All non-deliveries must be reported within 30 days and not before 21 days of the ship date. Any claims to reship or refund a shipment after 30 days of the ship date may be refused.

Packing: Your medications will be shipped in a plain brown envelope as discretely as possible.

Shipping: We usually use Registered Air Mail but this may vary depending on the destination and current shipping conditions. We always require a signature for proof of delivery. If you are not home when the package arrives they will leave a notice for you.

Packages almost always arrive between one and two weeks after ordering, an average of 10 days. Rarely it may take up to three weeks. We can not garuntee delivery before 21 days to account for shipping conditions.

To ensure the affordability of the medications to the Indian general public, the government strictly controls the price that can be charged for any drug manufactured in India. The savings is passed on to you when you order the medications you need from us.

We are prohibited by law to accept returned medication.

You can cancel your order anytime before the order is shipped (usually within 24 hours from the time your payment is received). There is a 20% order cancellation fee to cover our transaction costs for your order placement and refund. In some cases a cancellation will have to wait for a refund as the funds have already processed. After the order is shipped, the sale is final and the order may not be cancelled.
